Dear Shamed,
I would suggest that you seek professional help and they will help you through this rough time. Also, if you are too ashamed to go see anyone for help, go pray to the lord, Jesus or rapping in the streets i would suggest oxi clean or neospirin. they redeem and save. Another option is for you to find someone else who is struggling with the same issue as you and go run away with them just remember no sexy time!!
